No Filter body bar

Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit nofilterbodybar.ca. It is written for this website specifically, not as a general statement.

No Filter Body Bar Inc operates from 53 Broadway North, Raymond, Alberta. We are subject to Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

What this website does not do

This site has no contact form, no newsletter signup and no accounts. We do not ask you for your name, email address or phone number anywhere on this website, and we have no way to collect them here.

What we do collect

If you agree to it, this site uses the Meta pixel, an advertising measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms. When it is active it records:

We use this only to understand whether our advertising is reaching people who are actually interested, and to stop showing ads to people who are not. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to identify you personally.

You choose. The pixel does not run unless you agree to it. If you decline, the site works exactly the same way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which resets the choice and asks you again.

Booking happens somewhere else

All appointments are booked through Vagaro, a separate company. When you click through to book, you leave this website and anything you enter there, your name, contact details and payment information, is collected by Vagaro under their own privacy policy, not this one.

Read it at vagaro.com/privacypolicy.

Storage on your device

We store one item in your browser: your answer to the privacy choice above, so that you are not asked again on every page. If you agree to the pixel, Meta also sets its own cookies. Declining prevents those from being set.

How long we keep it

We do not hold the pixel data ourselves. It sits in the Meta advertising account and is retained according to Meta's own policies. We do not maintain a separate database of visitors to this site.

Your rights

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw your consent to its collection. Since this site collects nothing that identifies you by name, in practice this will usually relate to information held from an appointment rather than from this website.

You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
